 Reporting to the Managing Director, Ron will be a member of the financial services and private equity group, calling on firms within both industry groups. He is enthusiastic about his prospects and gives ITS a lot of credit for his success:

 The upside potential is great. I can work from this city, but have access to all 46 offices and international exposure. Not coming from the search industry was the biggest issue and age was actually an advantage since they want seasoned pro's. I call most of the shots for my work load and can also work from home when appropriate.
